1. About Fotra

Fotra is a revenue leak detection tool that connects to your Stripe account in read-only mode to identify potential billing issues, failed payments, and revenue anomalies. By using Fotra, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Read-Only Access

Fotra connects to your Stripe account using OAuth with read-only permissions. We do not store your Stripe secret keys, move funds, modify your Stripe data, create or cancel subscriptions, or issue refunds on your behalf. Our access is strictly limited to reading transaction data for analysis purposes.

3. Disclaimer — No Financial or Legal Advice

Fotra provides informational estimates only. Scan results are based on available Stripe data and algorithmic analysis. They do not constitute financial, accounting, legal, or tax advice.

You should always verify scan findings independently before taking any action. Fotra is not responsible for decisions made based on scan results.

4. Accuracy of Results

Scan results are estimates and may not reflect your complete financial picture. Fotra makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any scan result. Revenue figures shown are approximations and should not be used for accounting, tax filing, or legal purposes.

5. Pricing & Payments

Fotra offers the following plans:

  • Monthly subscription — billed every 30 days, cancel anytime
  • Annual subscription — billed once per year, cancel anytime
  • Lifetime access — one-time payment, no recurring charges

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with the product.

If a scan returns no results and you believe your account should have detected issues, contact us at zomeglobal@gmail.com within 7 days for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 7 days or for subsequent billing periods.

7. Data & Privacy

We collect and store the following data:

  • Your email address and account information
  • Stripe account ID and OAuth access token (encrypted)
  • Scan results and identified revenue leaks

We do not sell your data to third parties. Scan results are stored securely in our database and are only accessible by you. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fotra and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service or reliance on scan results.

9. Account Termination

You may disconnect your Stripe account and delete your Fotra account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt to misuse the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Fotra after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email where possible.
